Challenge
The client: an Oregon-based concierge platform that helps people after a car accident. Instead of searching for a lawyer, a tow truck, auto body repair and medical care on their own, the victim gets everything in one place.
What made the task difficult
- Starting from zero. The client had no active ad campaigns, no historical data and no proven search queries. The entire structure had to be designed right from day one.
- Four very different services. Legal support, towing, auto body repair and chiropractic care each have a different audience, a different level of urgency and a different cost per click. Someone who needs a tow truck right now searches differently from someone thinking about compensation a week later.
- Very strong competitors. The US post-accident help market is dominated by large national legal and concierge services with huge budgets.
- A multilingual audience. The region is home to people who prefer to speak Spanish, Russian or Ukrainian, and competitors' English-language campaigns barely reach them.
- Multiple cities. Portland is the main market, plus 4 more cities, each with its own demand.
The goal: launch a Google Ads structure that covers every service and audience and makes it possible to quickly see what works.
What we did
We launched the project in July 2026 and started with research, not ads.
Keyword research
We built a database of 13,598 keywords across four service lines: legal support, towing, auto body repair and chiropractic care. Separately, we collected 457 competitor keywords that people use to search for the big services.
A 9-campaign structure
- Legal support after a car accident.
- Towing.
- Auto body repair.
- Chiropractic care after an accident.
- Competitor queries.
- Remarketing to people who visited the site but did not get in touch.
- Spanish-speaking audience test.
- Russian-speaking audience test.
- Ukrainian-speaking audience test.
Each service has its own campaign because urgency and audience behavior differ. Separate language campaigns let us test niches where the big competitors are almost absent.
Geo targeting
The main focus is Portland, plus 4 more cities. This lets the budget be allocated by city based on results.
Competitive strategy
Instead of competing head-on with national players on budget, we bet on precision: narrow campaigns built around the person's specific situation, local relevance and language audiences.
Results
The project launched in July 2026. We are not publishing performance numbers yet, so here is the scale of the launch.
- 9 Google Ads campaigns from scratch, each dedicated to a service, competitors, remarketing or a language audience.
- 13,598 keywords across four service lines.
- 457 competitor keywords to compete for the big services' audience.
- 5 cities targeted: Portland as the main market and 4 more cities.
- 3 language tests: Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian-speaking audiences.
From day one, this structure gives the client a clear picture of which service, which city and which language audience drives inquiries. It is a foundation for scaling ads based on data rather than assumptions.
What makes this project special
Post-accident help in the US is one of the most expensive and competitive advertising niches, where a local player goes up against national brands. We did not try to outspend them. Instead, we built a system of nine precise campaigns, including language audiences that the big players effectively overlook. For a launch from scratch, this is a rare level of scale and detail.
